Elite Nannies and Sitters only seeks caring, loving, experienced caregivers with a passion for children. Each of our Nannies and Sitters go through an extensive application process and are interviewed in person.  They also go through an orientation process where company policies, procedures and CPR training videos are shown.  In addition, many Nannies/Sitters are CPR Certified and available upon request.

• Child care questionnaire
• Caregiver location

• Elite Nannies interviews all candidates in person on:
    • Child care skills
    • Child care philosophy
    • Child care related job experience
    • Current and future employment goals

Screening process includes:

• At least 3 child care references are checked
• The agency will verify employment

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have an insured automobile
• Criminal background check
• Social Security Verification
• National Sex Offender check
• Nannies must provide proof of citizenship
• Additional background checks on permanent nannies are available for an additional fee and include:
    1. Driving Record Check
    2. Multi-State Database Search (National)
    3. County Criminal Searches
